Dr.Keerthi, 67 (05 October 1955) is born in humanist and freedom fighters’ family and daughter of Sri Chennupati Seshagiri Rao Philanthropist and businessman and Mrs. Chennupati Vidya Former Member of Parliament and social activist. She was born and educated in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India. Dr Keerthi had her schooling from Vasavya Vidyalaya, College education at Maris Stella college Vijayawada, M.A Social Work and Ph.D. from Andhra University; St Francis Xavier University, Canada and awarded Diploma in Social Development and studied at INSEAD Business School, Paris in Executive Development Programme in Public private Partnership.

K. Sheshu Sanyasi Naidu

Seshu has been working as a Chairman for Rural Educators Welfare Association for Rural Development (R.E.W.A.R.D), a non-profit organization which is dedicated for upliftment of Rural Population since 2009 till date.
He worked in the areas of Vishakhapatnam, Khammam and Ranga Reddy districts and provided his skilful support in an extensive range of services to the people who faced social crisis, assisted deprived youth and adults, including homeless, emancipated youth, invariably worked for overcoming challenges of finite resources to design great-quality, cost-effective, and comprehensive programs that helps underprivileged communities live better and happy lives.
Here is to list few of his prominent contributions towards the society:
1. Mobilization of people in rural areas for community-based activities.
2. Formulation of training modules/ training programs.
3. Organized Water and Sanitation, Hygiene Education workshops.
4. Conducted numerous training programs in association with Food and Nutrition dept, Vishakhapatnam.
5. Extended his support for more than 3 years for Thrift and Credit in more than 3 districts of A.P.
6. Provided skilful services in more than 10 villages in Khammam, Vishakhapatnam, and Nalgonda districts with 200 participants for self-development, utilization of government funds and policies and other community development activities.
Mr. K. Seshu takes care of the Legal, Financial & Processes aspects at Reward NGO. Having a 17 Years of experience in skill development and career guidance. He is a graduate from Vasavi College of Engineering, Hyderabad with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. With a 3 year experience in a Software MNC, and a 2 yr experience in a financial company, he works meticulously to formulate Financial and Operational processes.
B. Ramachandrudu

A Post graduate in social work and has been working in the development sector for the last 25 years. He has experience in Community based natural resource management and livelihood promotion. He had work with the organizations like WASSAN, ODI UK, UNDP- SAPAP and had work with Commitments trust as CEO. He was also associated with The Goat Trust to initiate their operations in South India.
At present has been working as Director for Shepherd Foundation and providing Technical support services on the Sheep and goat based livelihood promotion and also on the meat value chain. He conceptualized a large scale convergence project for sheep and goat rearers development in the erstwhile Andhra Pradesh State along with the Animal Husbandry department, Government of AP, MGNREGS, SERP, NABARD and many others.

Durga Naveen is a Techno-Sales guy who has 7+ years of Technical expertise and 10+ years of experience in Leadership in COIGN. He handled projects like HighPoints Learning, DDC (USA), LPO (Legal process Outsourcing) and many more.
He was involved as an Anchor for the UNDP Disha Project in 2017 & 2018 and Andhra Pradesh Schools “Life Skills and Career Guidance Program” in 2018-19 as a CEO of COIGN. COIGN was an implementation partner for the above projects.
Moreover, he is a passionate techie with a motto of transforming careers of Engineering and Degree graduates.
